TPL’s in-house commercial production gear includes two SONY HXR-NX80 (Nxcam) camcorders, two GoPro10s, and two DJI Fly mini-drones, all of which shoot in 4K resolution.
Full lighting kit plus large portable green screen. Audio package includes boom mics, RODE wireless dual lav mics and high-quality RODE wired single-mic options.
For larger projects TPL joins the Tusk Collective, a team of top Alberta media professionals who provide high-end production in video, social media, website and still photography.

Creative Services
Peter Hays started out in media as a newspaper writer, and he continues to write TV and film scripts including the screenplay for our next feature film, 13 Days. He has written in many genres including occupational documentaries, entertainment magazine shows, true crime, lifestyle TV, scripted comedies, light documentary series and feature films.
TPL is available for production and pre-production consultation and writing, directing, and producing services for active productions. Peter has a lot of experience show running and managing story departments for documentary and light-documentary TV series.
TPL can connect visiting productions with key crew in Alberta and provide assistance in accessing provincial and federal funding through co-production agreements. We are interested in working with big-budget narrative film projects coming to Alberta from other jurisdictions.
