TPL owns a 200 square-foot production studio ideal for interviews and greenscreen filming. The studio comes complete with blackout lighting, sound baffling, garage-door load-in and washroom access. The studio has a 12’ wide x 10’ high greenscreen, and five adjustable LED lights on C-stands.
The company has two SONY HXR-NX80 (Nxcam) camcorders, two GoPro10s, and two DJI Fly mini-drones, all of which shoot in up to 4K resolution. The camera audio packages each include boom mics, RODE wireless dual lav mics and high-quality RODE wired single-mic options.

TPL has the right gear to make your video production happen. In addition TPL works closely with top-drawer videographers, audio field producers, and editors in southern Alberta to deliver exceptional produstions regardless of budget.

Creative Services
Peter Hays started out in media as a newspaper writer, and he continues to write TV and film scripts today. He has written in many genres including occupational documentaries, entertainment magazine shows, true crime, lifestyle TV, scripted comedies, light documentary series and feature films.
TPL is available to provide story department management for a wide range of series projects.
TPL can connect visiting productions with key talent in Alberta and provide assistance in accessing provincial and federal funding through co-production agreements.
Peter Hays is available for production and pre-production consultation and writing, directing, and producing services for active productions. Peter has a lot of experience show running and in managing story departments for documentary and light-documentary TV series.
The company is interested in working with big-budget narrative film projects coming to Alberta from other jurisdictions.
